MINNESOTA is working for YOU!

Now more than every your connection to ADHA/MnDHA

Will put you at the forefront of your profession!

Dear Member,

Maintaining you commitment to MnDHA/ADHA is one of the strongest statements you can make to in support of your profession and your development as a dental hygienist.  Now more than ever, you will benefit from the support and encouragement of belonging to the largest association that represents the interests of dental hygienists and the patients they serve.

Other associations offer membership to dental hygienists, but the Minnesota American Dental Hygienists’ Association is the only organization committed to developing YOU as a professional.

We are here for you in so many ways.  Affordable health and auto insurance.  Continuing education you can trust and afford.  Powerful networking and community support opportunities through Component One, MnDHA Annual Session, and the Center of Lifelong Learning at ADHA Annual Session.  Discounts on professional tools, such as loupes.  Prescription drug discounts.  Assistance moving to another practice, even if it’s in another state.  Answers to your questions on techniques, tools, and day-to-day practice issues.

Make sure you connect with YOUR colleagues and friends at our 2010-2011 meetings and community service events.  This is YOUR chance to spend a relaxing fun evening with others who can help support and guide you through your career no matter which stage your career is in.   Everyone Is Invited!

MnDHA/ADHA membership also offers intangible benefits, like serving as your voice in issues that impact your profession-scope of practice the settings you work in, and requirements for licensure.  No other organization is solely committed to representing the dental hygiene profession.

MnDHA/ADHA is involved in advocacy efforts for a variety of policy issues, including Oral Therapist, funding for oral health research and programs, the inclusion of dental services in public clinics, and maternal and child health programs.

Your involvement in MnDHA/ADHA ensures that you stay competitive and at the forefront of the field.  You learn about the latest techniques and tools.  You establish professional contacts.  You get a voice in the expansion of the profession.  Perhaps most importantly, you make lasting friendships.  Thank you for your continued support of our profession.
