Do you know someone who has? Submit your nomination and application today!The Irene Newman Professional Achievement Award was developed by the American Dental Hygienists' Association to recognize a current ADHA member who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in advancing the art and science of dental hygiene. To be eligible for the Irene Newman Professional Achievement Award, the candidate must have fifteen (15) years of cumulative membership with the ADHA and be nominated by a voting member of the organization. (Candidates may nominate themselves.) The Alfred C. Fones Award was developed by the American Dental Hygienists' Association to recognize a current ADHA member who has contributed significantly to the profession of dental hygiene. To qualify for the Alfred C. Fones Award, the candidate must have twenty-five (25) years of cumulative ADHA membership and be a current voting member of the association.
